Returns & Exchanges

At SodaStream, we want you to love your sparkling water experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all sparkling water makers and accessories purchased directly from our site. Please note that CO2 cylinders are subject to specialized exchange programs and cannot be returned via standard mail for safety reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely pack your SodaStream products in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 14 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
